Why VehicleRadar exists

Most contractors can name five federal contract vehicles. There are 122 active ones.

The ones you’ve heard of — OASIS+, GSA MAS, CIO-SP4, SEWP VI, 8(a) STARS III — are the tip. Underneath, there are dozens of agency IDIQs, BPA families, and task-order-only vehicles where the incumbent pool is smaller, the competition is narrower, and the awards are quietly enormous. Most of them don’t show up on SAM.gov as a new opportunity until the next on-ramp opens, which you will miss, because nobody emailed you.

VehicleRadar is the list. All of it. Every vehicle the federal government runs, filterable by NAICS, set-aside, sponsoring agency, and period of performance. With BIC flags so you know which ones OMB is steering spend toward. With on-ramp windows where public. With links straight to the solicitation, the draft RFP, and the agency’s PWS when they exist.

How contractors use VehicleRadar

Small businesses deciding which vehicle to chase first

You've won a few prime jobs, you're registered, you're ready for scale. VehicleRadar filters to your NAICS and your set-asides, flags the BICs, and ranks on-ramp proximity. You pick the vehicle that's actually open, not the one you heard about at a conference.

Captures checking whether the incumbent vehicle is the right vehicle

You're about to bid a recompete. Is it actually coming back on OASIS+, or is the agency moving it to their own IDIQ? VehicleRadar shows what's live in that NAICS at that agency and whether the wind has shifted.

Sub-to-prime transitions

You're a subcontractor on a big GWAC and you want to prime. VehicleRadar shows you the small-business on-ramps adjacent to where you already work, so your first prime proposal is on terrain you already understand.

M&A diligence

Want to know what vehicles a target company actually holds versus what they claim in the CIM? Cross-reference their SAM UEI against the incumbent fields in VehicleRadar. Takes a coffee.
