Which pool should I apply to?

Select every pool your certifications qualify you for — you can hold multiple OASIS+ awards simultaneously. The wizard runs a separate self-score for each domain × family combination you pursue.

How does the self-score work?

The scoring engine is encoded directly from J.P-1 (the OASIS+ scoring matrix). As you add qualifying projects, your live point total updates in real time. The Gap Optimizer shows which elements would add the most points per hour of effort.

What does the wizard actually produce?

A submission-ready ZIP: all J.P-1 through J.P-14 forms auto-populated, domain relevance narratives, performance and outcome mapping statements, the SF 33 cover sheet, and a subcontracting plan where required.

Can I use this if the OASIS+ on-ramp is not currently open?
